Quantum Fiber provides customers with the latest technology to deliver ultra-fast and reliable fiber internet. Still, it’s inevitable that new designs and capabilities will make it necessary to replace devices like routers and mesh network pods. That’s why e-waste was the fastest growing solid waste stream in the world in 2023. It’s also why we are committed to helping customers recycle Quantum Fiber electronics.

See how to recycle Quantum Fiber electronics here, then visit the Quantum Fiber Recycle Program!

Why You Should Recycle Electronics

There are valuable metals in electronic devices that can be recycled. Those same devices also contain elements that could harm the environment if not properly disposed of. For example, electronics can contain lead and mercury that can reach toxic levels when gathered in a landfill.

Donate your electronics to good causes.

Consider Donating Your Old Electronics

You can also donate your old electronics as an alternative to recycling electronics from your home or business.

We’ve listed a few organizations that are excellent choices to recycle electronics, but don’t forget to check for options in your community so your recycled electronics benefit your neighbors.

Here are a few excellent choices for electronics recycling:

  • Human-I-T provides tech devices, training, and internet access to communities in need.
  • World Computer Exchange gives computers and other technology to communities in developing countries to support global digital literacy.
  • PCs for People refurbishes computers for eligible customers at affordable prices as well as accessible high-speed internet solutions.
